Visual Business Intelligence - BI Has Hit the Wall
I mainly agree with the slide except couple missing things personally. While Business Intelligence was created for Business people, technology has never approached until recent changes. Success of BI projects should always be measured with usage level where human centric and design-oriented approach comes to discussion.
